Ant really knows his stuff, he managed to work out some big knots in my upper back from sitting at a desk all day. He gave me some stretches and exercises to help as well. Would highly recommend

First time here and i will certainly be back. my neck and shoulders have always been tight, I've been to many places around leeds and never found anywhere that was quite good enough. Slightly weird location as on call lane but once inside the offices and inside circle8 its very clean and cosy as opposed to being very clinic feeling.
Ant is brilliant, great conversation and really know his stuff and he adjusts pressure accordingly. Dont get me wrong it hurt in some places but Ant kept checking i was ok.
Aftercare was also excellent, gave me some stretches, explained how to use a foam roller and a massage ball and even wrote down some exercises for me to do in the gym.
I was quite sore the next day but my neck and shoulders feel amazing now!
