Excellent deep tissue massage with Ant. I have suffered with lower back pain for so long and have tried various other places and treatments, Ant beats them hands down. Great massage which yes did hurt at times but he does check in and make sure you see ok. He explained what he thought was causing it, what I'd need to to to fix it, including changing my sleep position. Also he explained the muscles involved, showed me stretches and also sent me some videos demonstrating these stretches.
The place is also very clean, smartly decorated and the location is super central.
Absolute first class service and I will 100% be back.

It's the second time for me and it was just as good and healing on both occasions. Dom was strong and didn't tire for the whole 30 minutes meaning he chased multiple knots, like bad spirits, from my body.
After the first session I had full on DOMS for two days but following the second a little minor aching is all I've noticed.
What I have really noticed is the hugely increased range of motion in my neck I didn't even realise I was missing.. I can now check my blind spot whilst driving
