Felt very beneficial and my shoulders feel lower. It was a bit painful at times which is what I was looking for, as I want the massage to work and not just to relax. The guy was very lovely, knowledgable and calm

Great visit, Anthony was great to speak to and gave tips for stretching to prevent an ongoing issue. Will return again for sure and my back is now feeling great! Was a little tough to find the entrance though :)
