Myself & my friend walked in both wanting blow dry & styling for night out, jay was very attentive and we described what wanting done and she worked her magic above & beyond. We were very satisfied walking out. Definitely go again in near future

Appointment didn’t start for 30 minutes and she wasn’t able to do what I wanted which is fine, but had it been on time we could have sorted something else. I didn’t have time to have it resolved because I’d be late for my booking.

Ann was very kind and patient, very positive energy, talked me through the whole session, made me feel very comfortable, especially me being a plus size woman she didn’t me feel awkward or that I’m disgusting which I have felt before in waxing sessions (not here though) Ann was really person, loved her energy
