Booked to have the same therapist as before but when I arrived it was someone else. My previous manicure was great so was disappointed to have someone else.
Booked for 'soak off and manicure' but she just filed the existing nail colour off so no soak off.
She cut my nails short which was fine but as she was filing my nails she scratched the tip of my finger so it's now really sore. Also she applied a light application of colour meaning I can still see the nail underneath.
