Cuticles were bleeding in 4 locations and owner, who was doing the manicure was very dismissive about it being an issue. When I asked if she could put on something to stop infection, she dunked the tool back in the pot that numerous other tools were sitting in and dabbed the bleed, saying don’t worry I’m in nothing rudely. Avoid!
