The beautician was friendly but not communicative enough. The experience was uncomfortable; the Brazilian was done poorly, wax was put straight on my genitals, carelessly. I was in so much pain I didn’t even feel like complaining, as I wanted it to be over as soon as possible. The room was dark, so I was left with patches of hair around my legs, probably because the person couldn’t see what they were working on. The place was not sufficiently clean.
