In less than a week, I have had two nails pop off. Day 2, when this first happened, I sent an email as opposed to a review because I believe in second chances. Unfortunately, I don't believe in a third. A day after getting the broken one fixed, another one has come off. I have had my nails done several times and this should definitely not be happening. I was made to feel like I was disturbing. Just one broken nail was fixed when the rest should have been checked to see if they were defective too
