This salon should not be offering intimate waxing. Since a change of staff, intimate waxing is now done by strip wax not hot wax as advertised. The therapist went over the same area many times and took the top layer of skin off my labia. There is also zero noise insulation from the next door treatment room or the upstairs salon which makes for an unrelaxing environment.
