I've not had a wax for a very long time so felt a little apprehensive. However Ana was awesome and immediately put me at ease and reassured me. She also talked with me, throughout the process which made the treatment go very quickly. The atmosphere was warm, calm and relaxing. Would I go back, absolutely. Looking at other treatments as we speak. 😊
