The salon is always super clean and tidy, with a warm welcome from whoever is on the front desk. Ana was brilliant! Super friendly but not too much, made me feel comfortable and did a great professional job. She also gave me some excellent aftercare advice. Love Chroma!

Was a bit disappointed on the last visit but then received the text from Michael that they had employed a new therapist so thought would go back for one more try and was AMAZING! Ana is so much better than the last time I went and have a really good experience - highly recommend
