I was seen to an hour after my appointment time. Asked for half a head of highlights. Left the hand basin with orange hair. They then bleached my hair until I had a burnt forehead and scalp. Tried to dye it brown. So I have a block of strawberry blonde around my hairline. Instead of highlights. AND my refund has been declined. Still trying to fight this. Awful experience.

The salon is bright and nicely appointed, and the stylist was friendly but not over-chatty (which I was happy about!). Wash & blow dry were good. However, the issue was I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time, despite the salon being very quiet, because a client was already in the chair when I arrived for my appointment, to get her hair dyed. Lucky I had my book! May need to check your Treatwell appointments before accepting walk ins/having a clash?
