Had to wait too long when I had an appointment
Left my hair dryer than when i got there I had to ask for moisturiser which I got about a pea size
Trim was horrible my hair wasn't sectioned in anyway and my hair was blow dried when I was specific about the fact that I dont blow dry my hair.
Poor time keeping/ totally overbooked. I didnt feel like I could voice my true opinion about how my hair was being treated due to what I heard about another customer after I entered the salon.
