Christine made me feel very comfortable. I have never had a professional trim my type 4 hair before and had a bit of anxiety but that was eased as soon as I spoke to Christine. I could tell she knew her stuff which made me trust her even more. She clearly explained everything she was doing and the benefits which I really appreciated. Not to mention we had a good laugh too. Definitely would recommend.
