Hello,
When I arrived she mistook me for another customer and I said it was alright, she had begun giving me a pedicure. I told her that I was only meant to do my nails (gel removal and redo) but that if she had time I didn’t mind if she continued the pedicure. Then the other customer arrived and she told me she had no time to do my hands. I paid for the pedicure even though she didn’t finish and I had already paid £27 online which were not returned and I had to do my nails at Ealing Broadway.

I won’t go anywhere else to get my shellac done. It’s the best price and always walk away with the best looking nails.

No apology for the appointment running 15 minutes late and no cuticle work, I should have just done it myself with the state my nails are in now! Thoroughly disappointed with the level of service to say the least.
