My pedicure was excellent. I'm so grateful to Nikoleta- she was warm and accommodating. I was having a busy day at work and was 5 minutes late but she still fit me in. My pedicure was done perfectly and has maintained whilst abroad. Thanks so much!

The BIAB bubbled and lifted after I left the shop and the finish was not good. I felt very rushed and was not the usual service I receive. Another staff member had to rectify the next day but I was not refunded for the French tip I paid for despite being told on the phone they would have time to do it again, when I got there they did not. I feel like the person on the phone told me whatever I wanted to hear, in the shop was a different story.
