I have been coming to this salon since it first opened and I hate to say that every time I visit, I leave a little more disappointed. This salon used to treat you exceptionally. These days I don’t even get offered a coffee (this is one of their gimmicks). The nail technicians just don’t seem to care like they used to. They also need to better sort their diary. The last time I came they tried to cancel one of my appointments with no explanation. It was humiliating
