I usually go there and I’m quite happy with the service with Yara. This time was quite different. I booked an OPI gel classic manicure. 1- they are not using OPi they are using some other brand - I had to insist to get the opi 2- they don’t remove shellac the standard way with soaking, she wanted to use the drill - again I had to insist as the drill gave me goosebumps 3- the base cost was old and sticky 4- the uv lamps were filthy …. Overall - worse experience I had to date and I go monthly
