I booked an OPI pampering gel manicure and pedicure where I was informed that the only extra service included was a cream on the feet that they wrapped with cling film. They did the manicure and cured the gel without instructing me to wash my hands first so there was dust everywhere from filing - even inside the uv lights! They also scratched my cuticles from filing and ended up having cuts in 3 fingers.
