I love this salon, I think the quality of the work they do is great. Both Kat and Lori are amazing. However, I was charged £10 for cancelling an appointment on the same day due to an emergency at work. For a salon that I go to every 2 weeks, I think that's an unacceptable way to treat a loyal customer!
