Experience was only so so. I booked online and they forgot and I ended up waiting 30 minutes before I could get served. Was frustrating especially when they said it would only be a ‘few minutes’ before they would serve me. They were Somewhat apologetic, which I appreciate, but I had to leave before I could get my second treatment. Doesn’t help that they speak to each other in Vietnamese right in front of you about the situation. Doesn’t feel courteous. Would prefer English only at the salon. Please keep track of online bookings better going forward.
