The quality of the place became significantly worse than it used to be before - even booking in advance, I had to wait for 20 minutes and wasn’t offered anything - even the glass of water, and the staff was far from friendly either. Moreover, the quality of treatments became really poor - it is the second day now, and my toes hurt in shoes because the skin was cut too intensely, and cuticles on my hands look broken and hurt as well. It used to be one of my favorite go-to places with lovely staff and decent quality, but I doubt I will come again even though it is the closest salon to my home. Really sorry!
