I was asked to pay £10 extra as the beautician "already started doing a manicure" and i paid for shellac and file. She didn't ask me whether I wanted or booked a manicure, and I felt very uncomfortable so thought it's easier just to pay than to argue. Very disappointed if this is their up-selling tactic. Will not go back.
