Nice clean salaon and lots of colours to choose from. Two nails have chipped (1.5 weeks on), but apart from that it was good whilst it lasted!

Really happy with my acrylics and the staff were really friendly and attentive!
I have been to this salon a couple of times and usually I have a good experience. I had nail extensions and has booked an appointment, to which I was early. However, they didn't see me until 35 minutes after my appointment time. If they couldn't see me at that time then they should have not let me book that appointment slot. I think they wildly estimate the time it takes to undertake these services. Furthermore, the nails done this time were at best shoddy. They didn't take the current nail varnish off properly and now it's perminantly visible underneath the nail extension. They are too busy trying to get as many people seem to than doing a quality job. The staff are really nice and that's why I haven't given 1 star, and usually my experience is fine, but because of this time I will not be returning again.
