I was recently looked after by Dr. Miriyam, and I am very pleased with my experience. Being quite sensitive to dental visits, I truly appreciated how she welcomed me with kindness and warmth, always making sure I felt comfortable throughout. She was very careful during the procedure, and I felt no pain while she kept checking in on how I was doing, which made me feel safe and well cared for. I am very happy with both the result and my overall experience.
The staff were all very friendly and professional which helped me immediately feel at ease. The dentist that I saw took the time to explain the procedures and my treatment options; she also listened to what I had to say and didn’t rush me which really helped me to feel comfortable and reassured. Thank you all for being so patient and looking after me so well! I can highly recommend the Chingford Smile Club.
They did a great job with the cleaning, but I booked an X-ray and check-up as well and unfortunately, they don’t offer cavity fillings through Treatwell. So I ended up losing money, as I now have to get the X-ray and check-up done elsewhere again, somewhere that also offers services through Treatwell so I advise you to only book the cleaning as you’ll lose money if you want to do it through Treatwell
