The receptionist was terrible. I was 10 minutes late as I was trying to pay for my parking ticket on the phone. She was very rude towards me. I got sent by 111. She sent me away with sorry and a smile. Never felt so embarrassed.
I must say I HATE going dentist. Had a tooth extraction booked and have a proper phobia. I must say that I was instantly put at ease by the amazing Abid and Selina. They were very thorough, empathetic and soothing. My appointment was at 11 and I was home by 11.45. I would 100% recommend this service and will be registering with them. If you panick and fear the dentist Abid and Selina are the ones for you. They are an awesome duo. Much love 👍🏿👍🏿💙💙
I’ve always been really scared of the dentist, but after seeing Dr. Mariyam Ismail, I can honestly say that fear is gone. She is absolutely amazing, she makes you feel so comfortable, always checks in to make sure you’re okay, and explains everything clearly. She’s so supportive and truly an excellent dentist. A huge thank you as well to Mimoza, the dental nurse, who was so kind, helpful, and caring throughout my visit. Together they made the whole experience calm and positive. I can’t thank them both enough! Highly recommend!
