I’ve visited your salon 4–5 times before and usually had a good experience, which is why I come back. This time the staff used roll-on wax on my underarms and went over the same area about 4 times. My right underarm became red and feels burnt, and it’s painful to wear clothes. When she started doing the same on the left, I asked her to stop. A similar thing happened while waxing my hands. I feel the staff member may need more practice to avoid repeated waxing on the same spot.
