Whilst the ladies in the salon were very friendly, the service was lacking. The eyebrow threading was ok but I had to ask her to even them out and stop her from creating too big a gap in the middle. The unibrow was also not removed. The upper lip wax missed a lot of hairs around the lip line and towards the cheeks. I was extremely dissatisfied with the underarm wax leaving a LOT of hair, and the leg wax was patchy despite it taking so long. The wax room didn’t feel hygienic & a window was open

I came in with long and very ruined hair, and I came out with a beautiful bob. Sarah was very kind and very good, a super cuddle for my hair. Definitely recommended

Really not a good experience, she was running 15 behind which is normally fine but let the client know in advance. The wax burnt and the job was not good. The room smelt like vomit. Sorry I never leave bad reviews if I can help it but that was awful
