In all fairness to Lu, she wasn’t the one performing the wax. I have been here once before and it was ok. This time was appalling. Dirty room, unprofessional and untrained staff, arrogant attitude. I am not one to leave reviews, but this was a truly terrible experience. Will not come back ever again.

Sofi was lovely to talk to and came in just for me on a Sunday. She offered advice on my hair and was very knowledgeable. She keeps checking with me to make sure I was getting the cut I wanted. She offered two choices of blow dry and took the time to make it right. She even wrapped my curls in the end, as I mentioned I was getting on a plane and wanted my hair to look the best on arrival. Would definitely recommend !
