I weren’t given the stylist I had chosen. Although the lady I was given was a trainee I was happy with the cut. The atmosphere was very odd not very welcoming unless you were a regular client. Had my hair washed and returned to the chair and it was still covered in the last clients hair. Not very clean

My first treatment experience was very positive. Sofi is very knowledgeable and experienced and took the time to set expectations and explain everything. I'm looking forward to my next treatment. Definitely would recommend.
