Good haircut but second time I've visited and the hairdresser hasn't arrived yet. They usually just inform you 'they'll be here in 30 mins or so but this happened on both visits. No apologies provided either time.

I was happy with my haircut and blow dry and they did exactly what I asked for. Hairdressers are often tempted to cut the layers in my curly hair too short, but the hairdresser understood that I wanted to keep the layers long to add some body.

I arrived early for my appointment but there was somewhere comfortable to wait. I showed Maryam a picture of the nails I wanted. My appointment went really well. I was offered a drink and was made to feel relaxed. I love my nails, they look fantastic
