Eyelashes fell out quickly (1st time done with Mary,normally book Sofi).Next time booked for Sofi but she was not there.Staff said it will be free next time but charged next time I came (also charged me full price instead of infills, unprofessional)

The person was very nice and the salon was clean and welcoming. However the wax was not very good. She did it in very small sections which prolonged the wax and made it more painful. There was also still a lot of hair left over which was disappointing
