Changed employee this time and it was a great service as usual! They are undoubtfully very fast and deliver a nice service every time. Now the place to go for nails!

Extremely rushed service, had a gel mani/pedi and was done in 45 minutes, lacked attention to detail and no communication from technician at all. The staff can barely speak English and the 'salon' is makeshift at best.
Nails are peeling a week later - the service is no different to a high street asian nail salon but for a vastly inflated price. Also as others have mentioned this is a cash only salon and the nearest cash point was out of use, meaning a 10 minute walk to find another and returning to pay later. Very annoying.
Would not return for price.

Staff were lovely however nails unfortunately chipped after only a couple of days of having the shellac done. It's only been a week and they are starting to peel off slightly from the sides

I had a pedicure and although the staff were very nice. The guy doing my Pedicure hurt my foot by scrubbing too hard and removed the skin which left my foot quite sore. I don't feel that the pedicure was the best value for money so i wouldn't pay full price for it but am happy to go and get my nails painted there.

I turned up in time for my appointment but they were so over booked that I still hadn't been seen 25 mins later and I had to leave to get back to work. This seems to often be the case over a lunch time that they just allow too many bookings. I did go back the next day but this was then more time out of me week. the treatment itself was totally fine
