I had a mixed experience with Chi's Nails... the service was speedy and prompt, but I felt where there was speed, it cut back on the value of the service and the experience. They were able to accommodate me on short notice. I booked the day of and my appointment started on time. However, my treatment felt quite rushed - the appointment was scheduled to be 40 minutes was under 30 minutes. My technician also seemed disinterested in me. When she spilled nail varnish on her top, she stopped attending to me and focused more on cleaning her top. A quick word to excuse herself would have been appreciated. I wish I had looked at my nails a bit more closely before the colour application began because my rounded nails are quite lopsided and uneven. Cannot comment too much on the quality of the gel nails yet, as it has only been 48 hours, but they did have a great selection of colours! So, all in all, Chi's Nails is great if you want to get in and out quickly. Also - they are cash only. It would be helpful to be alerted to this beforehand.
Booked for 12.30, when arriving it was clear to see all the staff were busy and there was no way I'd be seen on time. More people kept arriving with bookings at the same time and no one was being seen. My pedicure started at 12.50 and was very rushed as there were lots of people waiting. Also, there is always a girl at reception who is very rude, always on the phone and eating and not helpful at all. Gives a really bad imagine in my opinion. Saying all that, the pedicure was good.
a mid morning appointment so managed to go in and be seen straight away which was good. the treatment is absolutely fine and for central london the price is pretty good.
