They have a great selection of colours and the gel manicure lasts ages. However, probably not a place to go to if you're in a rush as the time slots are sometimes double booked so there's some waiting time involved...

Nails look great and have lasted well, which is the most important thing! However the staff were quite unfriendly. When I walked in and said I had a nail appointment the man at the desk said "upstairs" without even looking at me, and the woman doing my nails was yawning the whole time and did not speak to me at all even when I asked questions. Also, the price is really high - they charge £45 for a shellac removal and mani - luckily I had already paid online and had a treatwell voucher which softened the blow somewhat. A shame as I can't fault the nails but the experience given the price means I'm unlikely to return.
