Really disappointed and never coming back. I've had full set of acrylic extensions done by a guy (i didn't get his name). He was really nice but very poor at what he does! All of my nails were different shapes since he couldnt seem to file properly or see that its different length, width and shape. I really didn't want to leave a bad review after I left the salon but now a week later all of the extensions had gotten has fallen out. Came here because the salon I go to was fully booked and Chi's had great reviews. Never again I'm coming back. Waste of time and money....

Very basic no-thrills nail salon in the heart of Covent Garden. Staff are very efficient and the selection of colours is pretty good. Worry a little about cleanliness. My nails are still very fresh and completely intact after almost a week.

This was the 2nd time I visited saloon and was not happy. My shellac nails did no t have any shine and it got matte after 2-3 days. Unfortunately will not return again.
