Awful! Filed to a horrible shape and acrylic still visible under nail varnish! Overpriced and a waste of money, staff very unapproachable! I will be getting them soaked off!

While my nails are good and so far seeming to be lasting the experience there wasn't great. The beautician did a good job but wasn't that friendly and another.....not even sure if she worked there, sat in the corner talking at her phone. Was an uncomfortable session and while I don't expect red carpet treatment some friendly customer service wouldn't go amiss.
