It included absolutely no cuticle work and minimal shaping. I had to wait when I arrived, and the colour I chose (admittedly my choice) was so light you couldn't see it all - but never at any point did they ask if I was happy with the shape or colour which he even thought looked very "natural". Because of the lack of cuticle work, the polish went over my cuticles which I think made them last a shorter time because it was lifted as soon as they started to grow.

Really groovy place and pleasant staff but my gel
Nails have all fallen off - only 4 days later! This is the first time at this salon but I have gel nails done regularly and they have always lasted at least two weeks if not three. Bitterly disappointed.

It was very busy but the staff were pleasant. The shellac nail polish chipped very fast (within 2 days).

Very friendly staff but towels could have been an it cleaner ( the one on my lap was wet and had marks on from the previous pedicure)
