I came away really disappointed and quite angry. Upon entering, the place was beautifully laid out and the decor was really cool. However, the lady doing my nails was awful. Her tone of voice and whole manner was rude, even raising her voice to me because my feet weren't far enough over. Which she hadn't asked me to do so politely before hand. This is not the level of service I expect when paying for a pedicure in central London. It's a shame because the location and atmosphere was ideal but I won't be going back again to be treated so.
