I think they have overbooked today, so felt a bit rushed and disorganised. Otherwise it’s a great place.

As soon as we walked in we immediately felt unwelcome. The staff are rather aggressive in the way that they speak and do not make much effort to make you feel at ease. My treatment was not bad though. My nails generally look good but my experience was unpleasant.

Appointment was much longer than anticipated after a short late start and doing 2 people at once for a short time. Not the end of the world but I was in a rush.
