Friendly & quality service - I had a 45min massage, which was initially re-arranged because of the bank holiday, which was unfortunate. On the day I was running late due to a confusion in finding the salon (at the back of the tanning shop), although the treatment ran over her normal closing hours she stayed an extra 15 minutes (through no fault of her own - as I was late) to finish up, which was greatly appreciated as I did not want to re-arrange again. My shoulders and neck have felt considerably looser & more comfortable even a week later. Would definitely recommend and return.
The massage was great but acupuncture was mentioned and when I politely declined I was asked to reconsider which I didn't like. The massage was good. I was told that if I wanted to come back I had to then pay the full price and could not go through Wahanda again which I subsequently found that I could. The difference in price in 20 pounds per hour and decided for my next massage to go elsewhere
Lovely therapist, had a great massage which eased the aches well. I will definitely be coming back to the clinic.

Chi is a professional acupuncture and reflexology specialist. I enjoyed my time and would come again. The place is small but great location just 3 min walk from Oxford Street. I work in the centre and it was very convinient for me to pop in during my lunch break.
