LUANA (born 1989) Originally from Northern Italy, speaks Italian, Spanish and English (maybe soon a little French..) She started her hairstyling career in 2015 and Graduated from Vidal Sassoon Academy, NVQ lev 3. She worked in some great salons in London: ‘Making Waves’ in Barnes, ‘The Valet’ at Low Addiscombe. She is very friendly with everyone and loves kids too. She even worked at ‘Trotters’ and ‘Orchidée des Papillons’ in Richmond. She was at ‘FAB Hair’ Pimlico and worked with a hair agency before starting at Chez Stephan. We are glad that she joined our team and are sure that she will succeed here. She is a creative and skilful- lady colour expert & hairstylist plus a barber too! She is able to tackle both long and short hair in amazing style. Her barber training is great with a razor and Hot Towel shaves!! Luana, with her bubbly character has loads of enthusiasm and passion for Hairdressing. My adventure with hairdressing started when I was just 12 years old to make some pocket money. That’s when I started doing cafe hair wash and looking the way stylists work in a local hair salon some Saturday and during some school holidays. At 16 up to 23 years old I excel and perform with getting exams, doing competitions and working in many great salons in Lyon my experience in hairdressing brought me up to become a manager and develop a hair salon, bar with DJ's performing on a platform inside the hair salon studio. When I set up a business in London I managed to mix my passion for hairdressing and wine to create a concept of a hair salon wine bar & wine shop. I grew up in Lyon & Alpes where I learnt the secrets of marketing from my family first my grand dad , who was supplying local businesses with fish & wine. Thanks to that I established a network of great wine producers in France and for some I continue to import their wine until today. I also used to spend a lot of time in the kitchen and with sommeliers at my grandmother’s restaurant. At the moment I have a great team on board with brillant stylists: Inna, Neus, Virginja, Saide, Ludmila and Asia, who have over 6 to 30 years of experience, and Julia an excellent Chez Stephan assistant & receptionist. All of them are highly experienced and mostly trained internationally. They all have obtained experience from many known studios and hair stylists. We all worked in the industry for so many years and still have passion for it. For me nothing is better than making people feel better and giving a little happiness. Welcome Back Kassandra! Kassandra has already achieved a high level of hairdressing qualifications and is continuing her studies towards a Master Hair qualification, which will enable her to run her own hairdressing school in the future if she wishes. She has worked in several salons in France and gained valuable experience at Chez Stephan for nine months, from October 2024 to June 2025. Kassandra is a brilliant, young and dynamic stylist with expertise in all aspects of hairdressing. She came back to work in August 2025. She loved working at Chez Stephan so much that she is returning this summer for three weeks only, from 13 July to 2 August 2026. Many clients are delighted to see her again and are looking forward to having their hair done by Kassandra. If you have not met her yet, you are sure to love your new hairstyle with Kassandra. Neus use to work 2015 to 2019 with us and move to new adventure. She is now back with a mix of independent work and also with some clients of Chez Stephan. She started her training in Spain and decided to continue in London with L'Oreal then time at Vidal Sasson, and finaly with Tony & Guy... She got now 28 years hairdressing experience. Meet Ludmila – Senior Stylist & Colourist ✨ Born in Latvia in 1979, Ludmila graduated as a Hair Colourist Technician in Riga in 2001, after three years of professional hairdressing training. With 25 years of experience in the hair industry, Ludmila has built an impressive career working as a senior stylist and colourist, specialising in colour, ladies’ cuts and styling, hairdos, and gentlemen’s haircuts. Since moving to London in 2008, she has worked in several respected salons across East Ham, Baker Street and Paddington, gaining valuable experience and developing her skills with different clients and styles. Ludmila joined Chez Stephan in 2021, initially working Saturdays before gradually becoming a full-time member of our team. She is passionate about her profession and continues to learn, improve and keep up with new techniques and trends. As a mother of two, Ludmila has always remained committed to her career and to doing what she loves most — making people feel good and confident through their hair.
