The hotel is stylish, the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
I booked the session for myself and my elderly aunt as a treat while she was visiting us from the South of France. The therapy staff were great, very friendly and welcoming and they looked after my aunt really well. The only thing that detracted from the whole experience was that we had to walk through the gym (full of sweaty blokes on running machines!) to get to the therapy area.

Had a lovely treat at the Beauty Lounge at the Radisson. The treatments were great, the rooms were lovely and warm and the therapists were particularly nice and friendly. I would certainly consider going again.
I enjoyed the day very much, the staff were very helpful from start to finish. I thought the treatments were well worth the money, especially the Aromatherapy massage, the therapist was very good. The only downside I would say was that the facilities could be bigger, it all felt a bit cramped with the gym being so close to the Spa facilities.

The glass of bubbly was a nice touch with the bowl of strawberries. Would deffinitley reccomend this to friends and family.
The location of the health club was in the basement and the gym section left something to be desired - however the pool and the treatment rooms were excellent. Staff were friendly and treatments were very good value
