This was a really enjoyable experience. I felt totally relaxed from the moment I arrived in the Beauty Lounge. Great ambience and very attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I enjoyed being pampered and having the benefit of the therapist's advice. The team obviously enjoy their work and take pride in what they do which creates a real "feel good factor" in the salon. I will definitely go back for more pampering to this little gem.

All of the ladies at this salon are excellent. I have been coming here for over a year and had nothing but excellent treatments. They give honest advice and provide excellent treatments. Well done ladies. You are a breath of fresh air compared to other salons I have been to!
I recently visited the salon whilst staying at the hotel and as always had an excellent experience. I always stay at the hotel when in the north visiting family and use the salon for some relaxation and pampering. Again the staff made me feel relaxed and pampered and left feeling and looking great and feeling refreshed.
If only the same care and attention was given to the gym and pool as in to the beauty salon, but i suppose this is down to the hotel owners and nothing to do with the beauty salon.
I recently went for my hen party with 5 friends. We all had an amazing time, with the salon all newly refurbished it was very clean and comfortable. I had a full set of eyelash's done by Fiona and they were excellent.,they stayed on for my honeymoon and i still now go for my top ups !!! I was impressed with all the up to date treatments including a the new 'Jessica overlay polish' .......I would recommend this salon to eveyone. 10 out of 10.
