I arrived on time but was left waiting for 25 minutes as the nail tech was running over. Considering I was there on my work break, this was super frustrating. The nail removal didn’t consist of any soaking, she just filed the whole nail off. Meaning she most definitely filed my actual nails down, resulting in a lot of bruising and super thin nails weeks later.
