The salon was lovely - clean and calm. The therapist did a great job of sorting out my nails according to my preference and the light massage got rid of any stiffness and aches. Really pleased with the results, would definitely book again!

I really like Anna as a person and professional. But the overall shop is not well organazide. I had a booking paid and confirmed for like 2 weeks. They sent me an email, last night saying that they had to cancel it with no reasons, they didn't reschedule the appointment and today are closed. So what am I supposed to do?
I did book that slot for a reason, as I am travelling on Wednesday. So now I am asking for a full refund and I'll be going to another place. Thanks
