I have been coming here for a year every month - for the first time ever I emailed and called for 4 hours straight to ask my appointment to be pushed back due to an emergency. I have since been ghosted by this business and they have taken my money. Terrible place with no respect for loyalty. They have lost my business which as someone who works in an office with 150 women where i am asked constantly about places to go, i certainly wont recommend here anymore.
