I booked an appointment and turned up on time but was made to wait about 30 mins before I was seen. It was heaving and they kept saying ‘yes’ to any walk in customers coming in despite being too full and having appointments pre-booked. After the long wait, My haircut was done in about 10 mins and then my hairdresser left me with someone else to dry and ‘wave’ my hair. She used rings and pulled so hard at my hair that I had a headache. Unfortunately, despite the price I will not be returning as this was a very bad experience

I was running late for my appointment and the salon staff were very accomodating. It is a friendly salon and my wax treatment was quick and efficient. The price seems good value to other salons nearby, I will go again.
