It's just so dirty in the salon, wish I'd believed what other reviews have said. It's so so dirty. Wax itself was thorough but no "holding" so concerned in-grown hairs will be quite likely. Also no after-wax lotion just poured a heap of baby oil all over me. Was a pretty bad experience overall I would never consider going back

The lady who did my treatments was nice and made me relaxed, however I think I was overcharged for a treatment. I paid for full face waxing which I thought included chin but they told me that they had to wax my neck instead and charged me an extra £10. I checked their website after and saw it’s £7 for the neck so was overcharged. There was another therapist who was watching as the lady was waxing my face and I’m not sure why, it did make me feel very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was good.

I was recommended Sera by a friend & she did not disappoint. This was the first facial I’ve ever had and my skin felt amazing afterwards - she was extremely thorough & professional. Highly recommend!!
