Good facial, and efficienct staff. But the treatment was 40 minutes late and 10 minutes short of the hour treatment I had booked, which was a little frustrating.

I had a therapeutic massage, it was okay but not great. The therapist was not overly friendly, did not check whether the pressure was to my liking. Also she had longish nails so scraped against my skin which was not a pleasant sensation. At some points she was great, but overall it was not the best massage I’ve ever had. The room itself was quite cold, and the walls are thin so you can hear chatting going on in the salon outside, so not the most relaxing atmosphere. All in all, you definitely get what you pay for here.

Not happy with facial therapist the way she done the microdermabrasion to me. I’ve been doing this microdermabrasion long time but this is the first I’ve encountered a facial therapist like her . She started using microdermabrasion machine to my nose then put a cream on, then forehead cream again...left face then cream..right face then cream again..she’s doing it bit by bit. she don’t use facial cleanser after using the machine, but instead she put the cream straight away...so unhygienic!!! felt sorry for my face that time😕. I am customer for almost 2 years in this salon. But this time not coming back anymore.
